About Sunshine
It all began because I couldn’t find stories that spoke to the quiet, quirky girls—the ones who blush easily, dream vividly, and carry entire worlds inside their heads. Growing up, I was one of them. I didn’t shout to be heard, but I listened deeply, observed everything, and imagined endlessly. Writing became my way of speaking without interruption.
“She waited for magic. She made it silently at midnight. She left behind more than a shoe. She left behind a story.”
A tale for every girl who never fit the mould—but shimmered anyway.
Writing journey
My background is a patchwork of contrasts: tradition and rebellion, softness and satire, glitter and grit. I’ve always been drawn to the tension between what’s expected and what’s real. That’s why my Cinderella isn’t just a retelling—it’s a reimagining. She’s shy but sharp, demure but defiant. She wants the sparkle, yes—but she wants it on her own terms.
Through my stories, I explore what it means to be overlooked, underestimated, and quietly powerful. I lace my narratives with humour, heartache, and a touch of absurdity—because life is rarely just one thing. And neither are we.
